Boat Transportation at the Walt Disney World Resort

Three different Ferryboats run from the Transportation and Ticket Center to the Magic Kingdom Park and back.  These are free floating boats with an upper and lower level connected by two interior stairways.  Ferryboats departs every 15 to 20 minutes.

Motor Launches

Motor Launches provide transportation along the Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake between the Magic Kingdom Park and surrounding resorts. You can take a launch from Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Polynesian Resort, Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, and Disney's Wilderness Lodge to the Magic Kingdom Park.

Friendships

Friendships are situated on Crescent Lake between Epcot and Disney' s Hollywood Studios, with stops at Disney's BoardWalk Inn, Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels.

They also run within Epcot; two Friendships run in two separate routes. One boat runs between landings near Canada and Morocco, while the other one runs between Mexico and Germany.

Disney's Port Orleans Resorts and Disney Deluxe Villa Water Launch

There is also a water launch that connects Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, Disney's Old K ey West Resort and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa to Downtown Disney Area.

These ferries provide service along the Sassagoula River on these two routes:

1) Between Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and Downtown Disney Marketplace.

2) Between Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and Downtown Disney Marketplace.
